I went to Italy with my better half. It was our (my actual) first holiday. 5 days of paradise. Only we didn’t just go to one place and chillax in the blazing heat… Yeh that’s not us. We rented a car and travelled to about 5 different locations all over Italy, starting in Rome, passing through Naples, swimming in Sorrento, visiting my Dad’s village of Faicchio, having our breath snatched away from us at the sight of Lake Albano, finding the Blackpool of Italy in Latina. A road trip we will never forget and places we will without a doubt revisit in the near future.
